1. Booking and Payments

• A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The specific amount will be communicated based on your package.
• Full payment must be made before the departure date as specified in your booking confirmation.
• We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI through our secure payment gateway.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

2. Flight Bookings

• Flight timings and schedules are subject to change by the airlines. Al Taj Tours is not responsible for delays or cancellations by the airline.
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (Passport, Visa, etc.).

3. Hotel Accommodation

• Hotel check-in and check-out times are as per the specific hotel's policy.
• Accommodations are subject to availability. If a specific hotel is unavailable, we will provide a similar category alternative.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

5. User Conduct

• Travelers are expected to respect local laws, customs, and regulations of the destination country.
• Al Taj Tours reserves the right to terminate the service for any traveler causing distress or annoyance to other travelers or staff.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Al Taj Tours acts as an agent for transport companies, hotels, and other contractors and shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may be caused to person or property.
• We are not responsible for any force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Changes to Terms

Al Taj Tours reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
