This Payment Policy governs all payments made on the website and platforms of AL-TAJ Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. ("AL-TAJ", "we", "us").
1. Nature of Services & Role
- AL-TAJ acts as a principal service provider for:
- Umrah packages
- Ziyarah packages
- Subscription-based travel products
- AL-TAJ acts as an agent/intermediary for:
- Airline ticket bookings
- Standalone hotel reservations
- Payments collected for agent services are remitted to third-party suppliers and are subject to their respective terms.
2. Payment Methods Accepted
We accept payments via Razorpay, including:
- UPI
- Debit cards
- Credit cards
- Net banking
- Auto-debit / mandate-based subscriptions (as per RBI guidelines)
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay and partner banks including IDFC First Bank.
3. Booking Confirmation
- Successful payment does not guarantee booking confirmation.
- All bookings are subject to internal verification and supplier availability.
- Confirmation or rejection is communicated within 48 working hours of payment.
4. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are displayed in INR.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (including GST where applicable).
- International card payments may attract FX conversion or bank charges, levied by the issuing bank. AL-TAJ is not responsible for such charges.
5. Pricing Errors & Adjustments
If a pricing error or supplier fare change is identified after payment but before confirmation:
- The customer may choose to:
- Pay the revised amount, or
- Receive a full refund (as per refund policy)
6. Failed, Pending & Duplicate Payments
- Bookings are processed only after successful reconciliation in our system.
- Duplicate or excess payments, if identified, are refunded within applicable timelines.
- AL-TAJ is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
